I spent over fifteen years of my career in schools, teaching every age from kindergarten to high school. Over the years, I began to notice that my students, their parents and my friends were becoming more and more interested in healthy food choices, the brain-body connection and cultivating calm. As I talked with them about these challenges, I realized my teaching background and my lifelong passion could actually come together in one place.
So, I became a certified health coach, and now own Think Eat Grow, which is focused on what I love – good food, moving every day. and power yoga. I love empowering people to live their best even with today’s demanding schedules and busy family life.
