Schedule an ongoing Lunch & Learn series, such as a monthly program on healthy eating or a trio of workshops to help your team adopt mindfulness. Programs are available a la carte or as a series.
I work with individuals one-on-one and in small groups organized by friends or neighbors looking to expand their horizons for healthy living.
How did I arrive at THINK.EAT.GROW? I spent over fifteen years in schools, teaching every age from kindergarten to high school. Watching how young people think and grow gave me a lot of perspective on how what we eat impacts more than just our waistlines. I also began to notice that my friends and the parents of my students were becoming more and more interested in healthy food choices, the brain-body connection when we exercise, and tools to cultivate calm. As I talked with them about these challenges, I realized my teaching background, my work with families, and my lifelong learning could actually come together in one place.
So, I became a certified health coach, and now I have a business focused on what I love–eating, wellness, and teaching. Good food. Moving every day. Power Yoga. Mindfulness. Empowering people to live their best. All fit for today’s demanding schedules and busy family life. What a great thing!
